    What data we process

    • Enquiries: when you use one of our forms, we process the details you enter (e.g. name, contact details, date of birth and information about your teeth) to prepare your personal recommendation and contact you. Health-related information is only processed with your explicit consent.
    • Customer management and e-mails: enquiries are stored in our own customer management system on Cloudflare servers in the EU, accessible only to our team. Confirmation e-mails are sent via Brevo (Paris, France) and never contain information about your teeth.
    • Newsletter and checklist: sign-up with double opt-in; with your consent we measure opens and clicks (Brevo). You can unsubscribe at any time.
    • Hosting and security: the website is delivered via Cloudflare. Our forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. We count anonymously how often offers and buttons are shown and clicked – without cookies, IDs or IP addresses.
    • Statistics and marketing: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel / Conversions API are only used if you consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

    Your rights

    Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
